Responsibilities:Β
Overall responsible for the Shared Service (SSC) operation β AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets
Responsible for SSC policy/SLA and processes, manpower planning and operations management to ensure smooth operation
Review contracts and ensure compliance and SOPs
Ensure prompt billing and collections and cash sustainability
Compliance control to group policies and internal controls are implemented and adhered to oversee and drive the annual budget
Support stakeholders to maintain quality service standardsΒ
Supervise and provide guidance to the team
Support and lead improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Accounting or Business degree/Chartered Accountant
At least 10 years of relevant experience background in finance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skill with positive mindset
Experience working in large SSC environment
