The Training Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the training and development programs for new and existing team members.

This role ensures that all staff are well-prepared to provide exceptional customer service and adhere to Chick-fil-A's operational standards.


Key Responsibilities :

Training Program Development and Implementation :

  • Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive training materials and programs.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and on-the-job training for new employees.
  • Ensure all team members are trained in Chick-fil-A’s customer service standards, food safety procedures, and operational protocols.

Team Member Development :

  • Identify training needs and opportunities for individual team members.
  • Create a Trainer Buddy system and new team members training program to achieve growth and retention.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages learning and growth.

Quality Assurance :

  • Monitor and assess the performance of team members to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Implement corrective actions and additional training as needed to address performance gaps.

Administrative Duties :

  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with management to schedule training sessions without disrupting daily operations.
  • Track and report on the progress of training programs and team member development.

Leadership and Collaboration :

  • Work closely with the Owner / Operator and management team to align training initiatives with business goals.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service and adherence to operational standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business operations and objectives.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a training or supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members and take initiative
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools.
  • Commitment to Chick-fil-A’s values and customer service standards.

Working Conditions :
