Job Summary: Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Operations Coordinator is a critical utility player, tasked with keeping project details accurate and deliverables on time for our patients and internal customers. The right candidate will have comfort and aptitude for combining “right brain” and “left brain” thinking and will bring a keen eye for detail and outstanding organizational skills. You will synthesize inputs from your marketing team colleagues as well as stakeholders across a 25-brand footprint to continually update, coordinate, and communicate data and project tasks. Although previous experience with graphic design will be helpful, this role is primarily administrative in nature, and the best candidate will have a proven track record juggling multiple projects and have patience for repetitive, highly detailed organizational projects.
