Job Summary:
 

The Growth Director is responsible for driving sales growth of the Health Concerns supplement line by building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare practitioners, wellness professionals, and retail partners. This role also oversees Ecommerce and online channel growth on Amazon, Shopify, and Faire.  

 

Responsibilities: 

 

Sales Strategy & Execution:  

  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase revenue and market share for the Health Concerns supplement line.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with healthcare practitioners, clinics, and wellness centers. 
  • Support the sales team with training, new growth initiatives, competitive insights, and sales strategies. 

Account Management & Relationship Building:   

  • Establish and nurture relationships with practitioners, naturopaths, functional medicine doctors, acupuncturists, and holistic health professionals. 
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. 
  • Provide ongoing education and training to clients on supplement benefits, formulations, and clinical applications. 

Sales Team Support & Collaboration:  

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure sales strategies align with business goals. 
  • Develop promotional campaigns, sales materials, and training resources. 
  • Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to leadership. 

Market & Competitive Analysis:  

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demand to adjust sales strategies accordingly. 
  • Gather practitioner feedback and provide insights to improve product offerings and positioning.
  • Partner with Product Development to manage the production and launch of new supplement product lines.

Operations and Inventory Management 

  • Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and avoid out of stocks and overstocks

 

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the supplement, nutraceutical, or healthcare industry 
  • Experience growing Ecommerce sales in CPG or a similar industry
  • Experience managing outbound outreach and nurture campaigns
  • Proven success in practitioner sales, B2B sales, or medical sales 
  • Able to communicate the benefits of functional medicine, integrative health, and dietary supplements 
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales tracking, and reporting tools 
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and trade shows

Salary: 90,000 - 100,000 annually with bonus potential
