What you’ll do:
Operations • Work directly with CEO, Training Department, DMs and Home Office to ensure operational success in our restaurants • Ensure adherence to Aurify Brands procedures, policies and specifications designed to deliver the highest quality foods in designated restaurants • Manage the people responsible for restaurant service, production and all other teams accountable for service and operations excellence • Conduct random inspections of restaurants to ensure brand standards are being met. • Responsible for overseeing the preparation, setup, hiring, training, opening, and ongoing operation of new locations
Finance • Conduct daily, weekly, monthly financial and performance analysis of each location. • Conduct inventory and cash audits of restaurants in their territory • Set measurable goals with the team and Implement plans to achieve financial performance. • Manage restaurant budgets focusing on systems to drive sales and reduce prime-costs • Responsible for successfully growing same-store sales at all company restaurants
Culture • Creating of culture building activities to drive employee development and effectively reduce turnover. • Develop and train each DM and GM into an effective leader who is capable of developing their own team into capable leaders • Develop and implement best practices in cooperation with the restaurant management teams • Respond to immediate or severe customer service needs • Create and execute agendas for Monthly GM meetings.
What else you’ll need: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any related field • At least 10 years of Leadership Experience in the restaurant industry. • Works well with people: guests, the general public, and employees. • Great communication skills: verbal, written, and must have the ability to clearly articulate financial goals and objectives. • Must be great with managerial based computer systems, excel, and other best practices software. • Administrative and organizational skills • Willingness to learn and advance education through attending training workshops and meetings • Training and Development of GMs, DMs, and other key Management Positions • Ability to work independently and effectively communicate objectives and performance to top level management.
