In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting to support key business decisions. You will collaborate closely with other executives to ensure alignment of financial strategy with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the financial planning and analysis processes to forecast financial outcomes, evaluate financial performance, and provide strategic recommendations
- Oversee accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and regulatory agencies
- Monitor financial performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement financial controls and policies to safeguard the company's assets
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic modeling activities
- Guide and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
- 15+ years of experience in financial leadership roles within the financial services industry
- Deep understanding of financial services products, market dynamics, and regulatory environment
- Proven track record of strategic financial planning and execution
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Excellent communicator with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions is a plus
