Develop & integrate company-wide compensation and benefits policies, standard operating procedures, and programs including salary planning, operational pay programs, annual incentive plans, long-term incentive plans, paid time off and other benefit programs related to total rewards.
Develop/revise and oversee specialized incentive programs for production based teams such as sales commission, production pay, piece rate, traveling team compensation programs.
Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to ensure our total rewards and compensation strategy maintains a competitive market position and is responsive to business needs.
