Project Manager Business
Operations
The Project Manager Business Operations will work with some of CAVA’s most impactful strategic
initiatives, builds organization-wide strategies, and develops critical
insights to further the growth of business. The Manager will collaborate with leadership
across the company to solve complex, high visibility efforts, providing the
organization with recommendations to create long-term growth and support our future.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage
execution of complex and high priority projects and partner with key initiative
leaders to maintain alignment of projects with strategic direction, including
identifying key issues, structuring problems, conducting data analysis and
market and competitive research, and building materials to communicate to
senior leadership.
- Monitor,
measure, and assess how key initiatives and investments are delivering results
for CAVA.
- Be a
strategic thought partner to leadership, advising on strategy and promoting
operational excellence.
- Facilitate
cross-functional interactions to resolution, making connections across teams,
and building consensus and aligning priorities across departments.
- Create
clear, simple, and persuasive storylines to inform and influence executives.
- Identify
and pursue opportunities for streamlined operations based on industry trends.
- Partner
with departments, including Marketing, Digital, Operations, and Technology to
deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Abide
by policies and procedures that support the service mindset
- Manage
timeline expectations within and across teams, deliver on our responsibilities
accordingly
- Earn
the trust of Team Members and Managers by consistently embracing CAVA’s values
- Show
discipline in bringing consistent performance, communication, and attitude to
the job every day
- Actively
contribute to your department in order to complete tasks and meet company goals
- Recognize
the emotional stake each Team Member has in personal and organizational success

The Skills:
- 4+ years
of professional work experience in a related field (consulting, operations,
strategy, investment banking)
- Experience with solving ambiguous problems, strategic
thinking, and building and executing complex processes
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills, including ability to analyze and
synthesize large data sets
- Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
- Experience working closely with diverse set of stakeholders
in a high growth environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability
to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other
office equipment
- Must
be able to identify, analyze and assess details
- For
certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to
50 pounds
- Ability
to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
- Constantly
positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production
support or office operations, as applicable
- Ability
to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
