 SCOPE:   

The Field Operations Analyst will provide analysis and support for all Operational aspects of a national portfolio of manufactured home and RV resort communities. This position will be instrumental in the creation of reporting and monitoring of a rapidly expanding organization, act as primary liaison on behalf of the Senior Vice President of Operations and recommend opportunities for changes to organizational structure and reporting.   

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

· Review and report in aggregate on community performance to ensure occupancy and financial objectives are met.  

· Provide periodic aggregate community budget actual reports, analyze variances and create presentation materials for business review meetings.  

· Extract and manipulate data from various sources; synthesize into recurring and ad hoc reports.  

· Monitor and update property and inventory databases, including inventory readiness and pricing review.  

· Manage lender required property modification requests to ensure compliance.  

· Support the rent collection process by market studies of rent levels and demographics; preparing documentation for statutory rent meeting; preparing aggregate rent reports and assist with rate increase processes based on macroeconomic trends.  

· Participate in acquisition analysis and reporting.  

· Prepare executive summaries for senior management.  

· Participation in regional or national meetings, training, audits and events  

· Special projects as assign by the Senior Vice President of Operations.  

QUALIFICATIONS:  

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar field.   

· Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-location financial analysis positions.  

· Superior analytical skills; quantitative-minded, problem solver.  

· Strong work ethic, utmost level of integrity, attentiveness to detail and ability to meet deadlines.  

· High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.  

· Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

· Ability to understand and apply Fair Housing laws and local zoning and building codes.  

· Ability to travel up to 25%

While performing the duties of this job; the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; Continually required to sit; Occasionally required to lift up to 10 pounds.    

COMPENSATION: $75,0000. $80,000. Annual   

LOCATION: Regional Office- Tampa/St Petersburg, FL
