Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated passion and commitment to college student development Ability to relate well and be a mentor to a diverse population of college students Experience in facilitating and supervising the planning and coordinating of creative events and approaches to community development Demonstrated skill in individual and team development Ability to utilize sound judgement and critical thinking in a wide variety of scenarios Understanding and support of the Jesuit, Catholic, humanistic mission in the context of a liberal arts university Demonstrated commitment to social justice and inclusion Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient execution of competing administrative responsibilities
Work Schedule
Exempt: Standard office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Incumbent may work non-standard hours as needed.
