What You'll Need:
- Four-year engineering degree or 5+ years operational experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of the operation of recycle paper mill.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and sustain trust.
- Ability to balance priorities to meet short and long-term goals.
- Experience with a CMMS system, preferably Maximo.
- Experience with MS Project.

Pay Transparency: The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $120,000 annually. New-Indy provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental and vision insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
