Position Summary
The Sr. Payments & Operations Development Specialist leads employee development efforts within the department, to include managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training programs. This position requires working knowledge of payment processes including ACH, Debit Cards, Mobile Deposits, BillPay, Item Processing, and Wire Processing. They are also responsible for managing all resource content utilized to perform department processes. This position works closely with Payments & Operations Leadership to identify training needs and map out development plans for teams and individuals. This position has

Education and / or Experience
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and a minimum of three years of relevant work experience (i.e. Debit Card, Item Processing, ACH, Wires, and/or bank operations), preferably in a financial institution is required. Training experience is highly preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
Must be bondable. One or more of the following certifications is preferred: Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) or National Check Professional (NCP)
Software and Equipment Requirements
To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of and be proficient in the use of a personal computer, Microsoft Office products, and the use of a telephone. Knowledge and use of a 10-key is helpful. Must have or gain adequate knowledge of learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and web delivery tools.
Must have reliable internet access of 50MBPS which is the minimum speed required to connect to several of our systems and platforms.

Ability to think strategically and implement tactically. Ability to perform a volume of duties while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and a positive attitude.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve goals. Proficiency in responding effectively to highly sensitive, complex, emotional, and/or urgent issues related to members, teammates, and vendors. Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

Starting Pay & Benefits
This role offers a range of $57,000-$72,000. It also entails the benefits available to all Amplify employees.
Location
This remote role is available to candidates living in the Austin Metropolitan area.
