Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) activates the entrepreneurial mindset and builds startup skills in youth from under-resourced communities worldwide. Through mission-driven education and revenue-generating programs, NFTE supports the development of diverse young entrepreneurs.
NFTE is seeking a Senior Manager, Special Projects and Global Operations to provide strategic leadership across global operations, special initiatives, and enterprise activities. This role plays a critical part in advancing organizational priorities and addressing cross-departmental capacity needs.
The Senior Manager, Special Projects and Global Operations will manage global program operations, lead special initiatives, and support enterprise revenue activities. The role is pivotal in building capacity for executive priorities, developing a high-functioning performance management process, and ensuring partner and program excellence. Reporting to the Director of Global Programs and with accountability to executive leadership, the Senior Manager supervises program staff and collaborates across departments to drive operational efficiency, program quality, and financial sustainability.

Education: Bachelorβs degree in operations management, business administration, international development, or a related field (advanced degree highly preferred).
