JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Director of Analytics and Engineering exhibits project, client and unit-specific leadership to Analytics and Engineering management and analysts by designing, directing, and executing key Conifer Analytics projects. This includes projects such as pre-integration client reporting, emerging client integration reporting, large revenue cycle operations initiative reporting, regulatory reporting, process engineering projects and projects requiring expertise across multiple business reporting areas. The Senior Director provides clarity for short/long term objectives, project prioritization, and feedback to Directors for individual and professional development of leveraged Analytics, Engineering and Statistics resources. The Sr. Director leverages project management skills, analytical skills and time management skills to ensure that all requirements are accomplished within established timeframes.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
