Job Title: Sales and Ops Manager
Location: Austin, Texas (Hybrid/Remote) but candidate must live in or be willing to relocate to Austin area

We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Sales and Operations Manager to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for handling all aspects of sales and operations from initial contact through project completion, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional client experience.
This role represents a critical piece of our business and is responsible for closing sales, managing a high volume of client and team communication, and maximizing daily operations.
We’re looking for someone special: an empathetic listener who is also a systems-nut, capable of speaking, living and breathing home-organizational systems. You must have the acumen to communicate effectively with both prospective clients and the organizing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Communication:
Manage inbound sales inquiries, conduct phone consultations, provide quotes, and maintain client relationships through phone, text, email, and follow-up communication. - Scheduling & Coordination:
Schedule organizing jobs, manage team calendars, and oversee project logistics to ensure timely, high-quality service. - Invoicing & Financials:
Prepare and send invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain accurate financial reports. - Administrative Support:
Maintain organized client records; monitor metrics, job status, and generate internal reports; support workflow improvements and operational efficiency; prepare regular sales and performance reports - Collaboration with Marketing Team
Meet regularly with marketing to assess and ensure leads meet the ideal client profile; provide insights on lead volume, quality, and sources to optimize marketing efforts. - Work in tandem with our Online Business Manager
Collaborate and share data with our OBM to maximize efficiency with workflows, tech issues, and other system management that needs improvement. Meet weekly with Owner and OBM.
Required Qualifications
- Sales Skills — 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or operations management, preferably in a service-oriented business/industry
- Tech Savvy — comfortable with tech tools like Google Suite, Excel, task management softwares, and our robust customer relationship system (CRM) with the ability to learn continuously and integrate new features/functions into our operations
- Personable — an empathetic, patient listener who's able to connect to a diverse client base
- Concise Communicator — highly organized, thorough, verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Adaptable — able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, think on your feet, and prioritize tasks that move the business forward.
- Team Player — you’ll bring a hungry mindset that desires consistent learning both online and offline with a “team work makes the dream work” attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Business, Health/Psychology, or a related discipline
- Experience working with project management tools, scheduling tools, workflows, funnels, and CRMs
