• The role is a blend of new client acquisition (hunting) as well as managing / growing existing client relationships, specifically focused on clients in media / broadcast industry
• Incumbent will primarily play a Field Sales leadership role. This will mean ability to hunt, close and foster new accounts
• Incumbent will also gain deep insight into existing client businesses, manage the current relationships and also identify new opportunities to further company’s business with the clients
• Work closely with the Delivery and other Enabling functions within companyto provide an integrated and seamless customer experience
• Masters in Business Management (MBA or equivalent) with 10-15 years of relevant work experience
• A strong Sales leader, with experience in growing and rapidly scaling new businesses.
• Prior demonstrated experience as an individual contributor.
• Strong domain expertise in managing Sales of Digital services and solutions in Media / Broadcast industry
• Strong understanding of solutions in CMS, Mobile, Advertising & BI Analytics solutions to Media
• High customer orientation, ability to build lasting trust based relationships
• Ability to work with client senior management – Sr Director, VP, CXO levels.
• Ability to work in a rapidly evolving business environment.
• Focus on designing solutions and strong problem solving
