JOB SUMMARY
The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the clinical front desk operations of multiple infusion centers within a region. Managing a large team of clinic-based front desk coordinators and virtual (non-clinic based) patient coordinators, this person is tasked with executing our strategic goals around patient scheduling and patient care preparedness. Through daily leadership of their team, this person builds and maintains IVX relationships with patients and referring provider offices with the goal of ensuring all needs are promptly and effectively served as we onboard patients for scheduled appointments. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the Regional Operations Manager will own “Front Desk Operations” for six to 10 IVX markets and have a direct role in building and delivering customer service programs that meet the strategic and performance goals of the business.

WAGE RANGE:
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and is benchmarked against similar organizations to our size and industry. For our Regional Operations Manager role, we generally pay new hires between $70,000 and $80,000 annually. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for roles and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular employees are eligible for 401(k), health benefits, and other company benefits; some of these benefits may also be available for part-time positions.
