Scope:
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction to the housing operations team, overseeing property management, maintenance, leasing, and resident services. Develop and implement policies and best practices to optimize property performance and enhance efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Financial Management: Oversee the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Develop cost management strategies and revenue generation plans to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational and financial risks, and oversee audits and inspections to maintain high standards of compliance.
Resident and Community Relations: Foster positive relationships with residents and enhance their satisfaction. Lead programs to improve the resident experience and promote community engagement, collaborating with stakeholders to address housing needs.
Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities. Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, promoting diversity and inclusion.
Other Duties as Assigned: Support special projects as needed by senior leadership. Attend training and meetings as required, representing KNWM positively in the community.
