Your Job: In this high profile, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide oversight, direction and management of all departmental functions in support of the vision, mission, values and strategic plans of Methodist Health systems. The Director Pharmacy ensures that the pharmacy provides optimal services; meets all legal, accreditation, and certification requirements; and complies with all applicable policies, procedures, codes, and standards of the organization.   Your Job Requirements: •   Graduate of a College of Pharmacy required •   Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Administration or Business preferred •   Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Texas •   4 years or more in acute care hospital setting •   Progressive management experiences or demonstrated comparable achievement in experience   Your Job Responsibilities: •  Communicate clearly and openly •  Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment •  Be accountable for your performance •  Always look for ways to improve the patient experience • Take initiative for your professional growth • Be engaged and eager to build a winning team  

Methodist Charlton Medical Center is a 314-bed, full-service, acute care teaching hospital that serves Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville, and Lancaster in southwestern Dallas County. In addition to the new 40,000-square-foot expansion of the emergency department, we offer a newly renovated intensive care unit, labor and delivery unit, and interventional radiology suite; a Level III Trauma Center, a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and the Dr. Stephen and Marilyn Mansfield Oncology Unit.
