Job Title: Operations manager 

Location: Inglewood, CA

Reports to: Assistant General Manager  

 

Compensation: Salary $72,000

 

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Manager to support our Assistant General Manager in overseeing the efficient functioning of all current and future branch operations. The successful candidate will assist in managing daily operations, maintaining safety and customer service standards, and ensuring ethical decision-making across the team. This role requires a proactive individual capable of meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), providing training resources to staff, and adapting to the dynamic nature of the operations field. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  

• Support the Assistant General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations across branches. 

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and foster a strong customer service culture. 

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to meeting organizational goals. 

• Assist in managing employee training and development to ensure teams have the resources needed to succeed. 

• Coordinate and manage team activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. 

• Collaborate with team members to solve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement. 

• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain ethical standards across operations. 

  

Qualifications: 

• Strong leadership and team management skills. 

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous learning. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to unpredictable situations. 

• Experience in operations management or a related field is preferred. 

• Strong communication and organizational skills. 

• Tech Savvy; Includes proficiency in Excel with knowledge of pivot tables/graphs.

Medical, dental, and vision benefits are provided through Thatch's ICHRA, starting on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
  • You can accrue up to 2 weeks of paid vacation (PTO) and use it after 90 days about (3 months) of employment. 
  • Eligible employees must provide ample notice and get HR approval before using paid vacation. 

 

 

In addition to the duties listed above, employees are required to: adhere to Tower EV’s policies and procedures; work in a safe manner; perform duties as workload necessitates; maintain a positive and cooperative attitude; communicate regularly with your supervisor about work issues; demonstrate efficient time management; demonstrate regular and reliable attendance and punctuality; meet applicable productivity standards; and complete other duties as assigned by Tower EV from time to time.
