As Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will utilize your professional data analytics and process management experience to drive marketing team improvements, align marketing initiatives with business objectives, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Work tasks are diverse and performed within the scope of company policies and procedures. Independent judgment in day-to-day work activities and decisions, results are reviewed by the Content Manager. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a strong focus on processes and data reporting, especially with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement & Google Ads experience, strategic problem-solving skills, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Support the marketing team by optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of automated marketing processes, technology, and metrics, mainly through Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE)
Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance in MCAE to inform strategic decisions
Collect data, analyze, and streamline processes for Google Ads, SEO, Salesforce CRM, sales funnel, and other marketing department goals
Assist with managing and implementing improvements in MCAE, including troubleshooting sync errors and testing automations, and in Google Ads, including running ad experiments
Develop and optimize lead scoring and nurturing processes in MCAE
Demonstrate the value of marketing efforts with regular reporting
2 – 4 Years of experience with marketing, analytics, and automation with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
Experience with automation setup in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
Advanced knowledge of SEO, Email Marketing, Marketing Research, and Google Ads
A strong background in data analytics, data management, and reporting
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
Skilled at conducting marketing research and the ability to present and explain data
Skilled in critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving
Highly developed organizational and project management skills to manage simultaneous tasks and multiple deadlines
Skilled at developing effective working relationships at all levels in the organization
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other programs)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a directly related field from an accredited college/university preferred
Experience with Google Analytics and Semrush
Google Data Analytics Certification
Experience in Microsoft SharePoint and the ability to design, organize, and manage the Marketing site
