Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Oversee Sales and Partner Success enablement; consulting with team members to build processes and playbooks to streamline the way we work
Provide training and support to Sales and Partner Success teams on new product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
Develop a conference strategy and manage the execution of all conferences (e.g. participant coordination, lead lists, ordering of materials & assets, etc.)
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of conference activities including presentations
Manage cross-functional projects to coordinate product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives
Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for go-to-market activities.
Manage a direct report, the Operations Associate, by providing guidance, feedback, and support for their professional development.
Manage marketing claims and legal review

Work Experience:
A minimum of 5+ years work experience.
Experience in education or a learning & development setting preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required.

Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant.
