Our Wealth Management Operations & Service team is seeking a motivated Intern for the summer of 2025. This paid internship offers comprehensive exposure to the operational and client service aspects of supporting Wealth Advisors.

As an Intern, you will collaborate directly with various groups within the Wealth Management Operations and Service department. This hands-on experience will provide insight into the services and processes necessary for Advisors to effectively manage client relationships at scale. Additionally, you will gain valuable exposure to business management and risk management functions.

If you are eager to learn how to support clients and advisors, contribute to the client experience lifecycle, and enhance operational efficiency, this opportunity is for you. Strong attention to detail and a passion for improving client interactions are essential qualities for success in this role.

During the Mariner Summer Internship Program, you will:

  • Be immersed in financial planning topics, actively collaborating with other team members to solve real-life issues, access resources, and accomplish important goals that support the client experience.
  • Learn how a Wealth Management company runs and support projects to help make the business run better.
  • Develop professionally by taking on varied work that touches on all aspect of Wealth Management, looking for ways to deliver value and improve upon what already exists.

Foster connections and grow your network by engaging with and learning from Operations and Service professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and December 2026
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through work or extracurricular activities

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Ability to be thoughtful about tasks, ask probing questions, and understand the value proposition of assigned work
  • Professional curiosity and out of the box thinking, a willingness to look for ways to go beyond what was asked to provide something truly meaningful
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Effective in communicating with a variety of audiences both written and oral
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Word and Excel
  • Desire to learn about many different pieces of technology that support a Wealth Management business
