What You’ll Be Doing:
Intergenerational Leadership Development is the engine that will enable power building movements to grow at scale and for the long term. Given the current depth and breadth of all aspects of leadership development in the field, this role provides an opportunity to create a shared definition and approach to cultivating dialogue between young people and long-time organizers, strengthen leadership pipelines, and develop an intentional strategy to support and retain current and future leaders within our movements.
The ILD Program Strategy Director will have the following responsibilities in this startup phase of MIC:
