Key Responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
A practicing Catholic who aligns with the Church’s mission and values.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 7 years of HR experience with increasing responsibilities, including experience with executive-level leadership.
Experience working in schools or within a school district a plus
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or equivalent required; Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification or equivalent is a plus.
Service-oriented with a ministry focus, providing meaningful support to schools. Strong team player with leadership skills to build trust, navigate conflict, and promote policy and culture compliance.
Polished communicator with excellent written, verbal, and investigative skills. Extensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, ensuring objectivity and confidentiality.
Creative, analytical, and results-driven with strong business judgment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and accounting software.
Strong time management skills, able to work efficiently in dynamic environments. Previous experience in educational settings preferred.
