Position Purpose:
Reporting to the Clubhouse Director, the High School Services Director is responsible for providing a continuum of services for 9th through 12th-grade members who attend that Clubhouse, including academic case management and support, job readiness, career exploration, mentorship, and college preparatory support. The Director is responsible for achieving the outlined goals and objectives of the high school services program within the Clubhouse. The goal is for every high school member at Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco to graduate from high school with a diploma or GED with a clear transition plan to college, work, or a vocational training program.
This position is a Non-Exempt Full Time (30+ hours weekly) supporting our Sunnydale Clubhouse. This position is benefits-eligible.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and BGCSF needs. At BGCSF, our decisions are based on other factors and dependent on circumstances for each position. Depending on the need and requirement of the position, an individual could be hired at or near the entry level, mid - level or top of the range for their role and compensation. As such, a reasonable estimate of the current range is $27 to $30.50.
