We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Diligence Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess solid knowledge and expertise in building structural analysis, foundation evaluation, mechanical systems assessment, seismic risk analysis, as well as an understanding of survey, easements, title matters and environmental issues and related impacts. The role will involve conducting thorough due diligence on potential real estate acquisitions to ensure informed investment decisions.

TRAVEL
Significant travel is required – you must travel to each acquisition.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate due diligence, building inspection, or related fields.
Education: bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, real estate, construction, or a related field is preferred. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., PE, SE, LEED) are a plus.
Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
