Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead the companies efforts in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. This role is responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies, tactics, and action plans that align with organizational objectives. Success in this position requires hitting sales targets, fostering strong client relationships, and staying attuned to market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales efforts by coordinating with account managers and other internal teams to drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute strategic sales and client development initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and support teams to align on customer goals and business objectives.
- Attend and contribute to customer meetings, documenting key discussions and action items.
- Prepare and share regular sales reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales goals within the designated territory.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring client relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their needs and business goals, delivering tailored solutions.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the value of offerings.
- Stay informed on industry-specific trends and market dynamics.
- Monitor and analyze factors that influence budgets and strategic account direction.

Education and Experience
- Bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales enablement.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling approaches and sales enablement practices.
- Proven ability to advocate solutions-based selling rather than product-based approaches.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to motivate and influence peers.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and adept at fostering open communication.
- Analytical thinker with a strong strategic mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics.
