MAJOR PURPOSE: 

This role offers a unique opportunity to build on an already impressive portfolio across North America with an account-centric approach, providing the flexibility to pursue business opportunities throughout the entire region.

You will join an accomplished leadership team that has successfully driven growth in key markets, securing major clients such as food & beverage, retail, travel, healthcare and consumer goods.

This position requires a combination of farming existing accounts (with the account teams) and hunting for new opportunities. Daily responsibilities will include prospecting, farming our customer base. 

With significant autonomy, you will be targeting markets considered the company’s primary growth engine, handling large 7-figure deals, and driving substantial growth. The autonomy in this role allows you to explore leads across different segments of the business, with full support to pursue these opportunities.

Flexible working arrangements are strongly encouraged, this role can be based anywhere in the U.S. with easy access to an airport.

Requirements

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate customers and prospects on media solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote their brand and products.
  • Travel as required to achieve sales and team objectives


CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in agency sales, with a focus on omnichannel media and martech 
  • Proven record of accomplishment of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of performance media and analytics 
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platform (e.g. Pipedrive)


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related, or equivalent work experience.
