We are seeking a hard-working, motivated Director of Revenue Operations Management to work with a fast-growing Accounting and Finance team

Primary responsibilities:   

  • Responsible for directing and overseeing the daily/weekly/monthly proceses surrounding revenue and billing.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate billing department staff to ensure a high level of competence and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Develop internal procedures and standards for revenue billing and collection practices.
  • Collaborate with Brand leaders and Finance on bad debt policy and procedures.
  • Review support files (many of which are enhanced financial models) for billing of revenue and ensure accuracy and integrity of data before completion of cycle.
  • Drive customer satisfaction / trust with franchisees as a part of all billing processes
  • Work closely with other departments on implementing changes to contract terms, system improvements and other potential items impacting revenue process and billing.
  • Analyze billing data and reports to identify trends, perform revenue forecasting, and support financial planning.
  • Continue to improve on existing processes to maintain appropriate internal controls, accuracy of information, compliance with legal standards and overall efficiency
  • Assist in developing dashboard for timely reporting of A/R to SVP and Senior Management.   

 

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Revenue Cycle Management / Billing experience
  • Collection experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of billing and financial processes and the impact to general ledger.  
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Advanced Excel (including complex formulas and query)
  • Must be a proactive & highly organized self-starter with excellent communication / collaboration skills
  • Must be flexible, able to handle multiple priorities and work independently
  • Ability to think creatively while maintaining high standards of accuracy and precision
  • Industry experience – prior retail or franchise experience a plus but not required
