About the Role

As the Director of Patient Support Services, you’ll be at the helm of three vital departments: Admissions, Site Support Services, and Case Management. This is a leadership role that combines operational expertise, strategic vision, and compassionate care to ensure our patients receive seamless, high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Collaboration: Inspire multidisciplinary teams and foster a patient-centered approach.
  • Department Oversight: Ensure efficient processes in admissions, patient intake, and case management while maintaining accuracy in records and financial agreements.
  • Performance Management: Use data-driven strategies to track and achieve departmental goals.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgets, control expenses, and align financial operations with CODA’s strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

What You Bring

We’re looking for a leader who thrives on collaboration, embraces data-informed decision-making, and is dedicated to helping others succeed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social services, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5-7 years of healthcare leadership experience, ideally in substance use disorder services.
  • Proven success managing multidisciplinary teams and driving process improvements.
  • Familiarity with healthcare billing, coding, and insurance reimbursement processes.
