GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
JASA is seeking a Director, Organizational Development and Culture that will be responsible for helping to shape and foster a high-performance, values-driven workplace culture. In partnership with the Chief People and Inclusion Officer, this role will work closely with all levels of leadership to implement strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, and lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, leadership development, and change management. The Director will help evaluate JASA’s internal practices, organizational culture, program areas, and client-facing services, including new initiatives emerging from JASA’s recent Strategic Plan. The Director of Organizational Development and Culture will work closely with JASA’s Chief People and Inclusion Officer (CPIO), and staff across JASA’s programs and operational departments, the executive team, and the Board of Trustees to advance the organization’s culture and effectiveness goals.
