The Gifted Healthcare Director of Operations and Account Management is responsible for directing daily operational initiatives and driving the growth, sales, and fulfillment strategy of an assigned team of Account Executives and Staffers, to achieve and exceed regional growth objectives.   


This position is remote and can be based out of New Jersey or Connecticut. 


Primary Expectations and Objectives of the Director of Operations and Account Management:


  • Responsible for managing the P&L for the assigned region, ensuring revenue growth and profitability in accordance with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee a team of Account Executives and Staffers, including overall responsibility for the service and the growth of their clients. 
  • Provide leadership, coaching, support, and vision to assigned regional team and support a creative, collaborative, teamwork approach that aligns with our core values and our Gifted mission.
  • Collaborate daily with the Director of Recruitment to identify top fulfillment opportunities across all service lines, and then develop and implement strategic plans to exceed fulfillment targets.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and fulfillment to improve customer service and retention.
  • Monitor fulfillment and minimize missed PRN opportunities within the designated region.
  • Collaborate with VP, Operations, VP, Sales, and CSIO to drive sales support for growth and management of client relationships.
  • Responsible for reviewing individual performance on the assigned team; Developing and utilizing KPIs and metrics to help manage performance.
  • Assess, implement, and advise leadership on all production initiatives including the use of best practices, systems, and approaches. 
  • Ensure the team meets and exceeds performance targets that impact market share, revenue growth, and overall designated profit goal achievement.
  • Leverage technology tools such as CTM, HUBSPOT, Basecamp, DH, Liquid Compass, and all MS tools to drive business.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret business metric data/reports to identify specific critical key indicators for process improvement opportunities leading to optimum business outcomes for individual and team performance management.
  • Provide timely and consultative feedback to leadership regarding clients and sales process.
  • Visit clients as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation in CTM and adherence of the team with work rules.
  • Responsible to Identify company/team areas for improvement on an ongoing basis.
  • Interview for open roles on the team and assist in training the team to the highest level of production.

Position Requirements:

  • Proven management and leadership skills
  • Experience in staffing, account management and/or operations
  • Effective negotiation, coaching and critical thinking skills
  • Network in the healthcare community preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy and positive attitude


The salary range for this position is $110,000–$120,000, with the final offer dependent on your skills, experience, location, and level of expertise.
