Key Responsibilities:
Data and Reporting
- Enhance patient outcomes reporting and highlight the impact on healthcare costs through improved therapy adherence, waste mitigation, and education.
- Leverage data systems to create visibility into the value of clinical programs.
Training Programs
- Develop and oversee clinical and non-clinical training programs for new hires and annual education.
- Lead training initiatives to ensure alignment with operational and clinical goals.
Program Development
- Design and implement clinical programs that meet manufacturer and contractual requirements.
- Ensure clinical documentation systems are up-to-date and efficient.
- Maintain accountability for all clinical decisions impacting patients.
Leadership
- Provide motivation, guidance, and mentorship to the Clinical Services team.
- Build and maintain effective cross-departmental communication to support organizational goals.
- Present clinical programs at industry trade shows to elevate market awareness.
Additional Contributions
- Present drug pipeline reporting, focusing on new opportunities and market expansion.
- Participate in professional organizations and quarterly business reviews.
- Lead system improvement initiatives with cross-functional support.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D and a valid, unrestricted Texas Pharmacy license.
- 6-8 years of specialty pharmacy experience with 2-4 years in a pharmacy leadership role.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- A commitment to ethical practices, confidentiality, and patient-focused care.
- Proven ability to lead teams and develop innovative clinical programs.
