WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
This role will report to the Sr. Director, Local Planning and Sales Operations and exists in the Ampersand NY office location. The Director of Local Campaign Operations will interface with stakeholders across multiple functions, internally and externally. The Director will impact operational efficiencies and performance across the Local TV landscape by identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement along with the implementation of quality assurance guidelines. The Director is a dynamic person that will bring innovative thinking, strong analytical skills, and a passion for excellence to help scale and grow our business.

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Ampersand salary range for this position in the NYC Metro Area. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate of the applicable range. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience and performance.
The range listed is just one component of Ampersand’s total rewards package for employees. Salary Range Transparency
This role has a NYC Metro Area base salary of $110,000-$140,000 and discretionary annual bonus.
