The Regional Sales Director (RSD) is responsible for leading and developing all field personnel within their region to drive oncology product sales and activities. This role involves staffing, directing, and providing leadership to the team to achieve strategic objectives in alignment with the company's vision and values. The RSD will identify opportunities and challenges, develop and implement action plans, and ensure the growth and development of team members. Effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders are essential.
