Vista Physical Therapy, a proud member of the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), is seeking a Physical Therapist/Clinic Director to lead our Dallas (Bainbridge Dr.) clinic. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Physical Therapist to take the next step in their career by leading a well-established outpatient orthopedic clinic.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations and ensure clinical excellence in patient care.
• Oversee and mentor a team of Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and support staff.
• Manage clinic performance, including patient volume, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with local physicians, referral sources, and the community.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Stay up to date on industry advancements and foster professional development among staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Texas (or ability to obtain licensure).
• 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Previous leadership, management, or mentorship experience is a plus!
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow and develop the clinic.
