The Business Unit Vice President of Operations will be responsible for safe, compliant, and efficient long-term operation and maintenance of the non-nuclear fleet. This includes project and portfolio management and strategies to successfully operate, maintain, build, and transition energy supply assets. This role is accountable for ensuring operational excellence by effectively managing cost, safety, and reliability in a balanced and simultaneous manner.
We’re seeking an exceptional leader to drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of our client's non-nuclear fleet. The successful candidate will stabilize attrition, optimize processes to ensure efficient plant operations and future readiness, and maintain a consistent overarching strategy.
