The Business Operations Owner, Resource Management will lead the company-wide adaptation and implementation of the resource management tool, ensuring seamless integration across all departments. Drive the development and implementation of resource management strategies to optimize resource allocation and utilization.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Own the collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand their resource management and reporting needs to customize the tool to meet these requirements.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and documentation for employees to ensure effective use of the tool.
  • Create detailed documentation and user guides to support the adaptation process.
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of new functionalities and technologies to enhance resource management capabilities and manage a process improvement roadmap.
  • Monitor the performance and usage of the resource management tool, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Work closely with the IT department to ensure the tool's technical stability and security.
  • Manage the business relationship with the tool supplier along with the procurement team. Monitor license utilization and assume responsibility for Budget forecast.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from users to continuously improve the tool's functionality and user experience.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review resource management processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Report on the progress and impact the tool implementation to Sr. management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to resource management by implementing robust data management protocols to safeguard sensitive Data.

    Required qualifications and experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or resource management, preferably within a large organization.
    • Proven experience in implementing and managing resource management processes, with specific experience in Resource Management applications being highly desirable.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels of the organization.
    • Experience working in an agile, international team environment.
    • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

    The base pay range for this position is

    Min $112,700 - Max $169,000

    Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
