Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.)

  • The ideal candidate will have proficiency with process flow diagramming techniques, meeting facilitation, and requirements documentation
  • Translates high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications
  • Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology
  • Review all Epic/Stories for acceptance criteria, all systems impacts, priority, the validity, gaps, and/or completeness of request and manage the Scrum of Scrum process.
  • Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
  • The role requires proven ability to support evolving requirements in a large-scale, deadline-driven, and dynamic environment and must be adept at utilizing multiple tools and processes, operating without direct supervision with often ambiguous or undefined roles, responsibilities, and processes
  • Interact with our business and technology stakeholders to understand our business direction to ensure it informs our technology planning
  • Evaluation of business needs and transformation into technical direction
  • Ability to establish a process, user experience, and data-based perspectives while documenting requirements
  • Perform Gap Analysis on systems and requirements to prioritize business and technical needs
  • Establish requirement specifications, to ensuring business capabilities are well described and transformed into traceable technical requirements
  • Evaluate systems to ensure they are addressing business requirements
  • Provide support to development and QA team members in order to ensure that evolving work is going to deliver on our targeted capabilities
  • Demonstrate expertise in a variety concepts, practices, and procedures and capable of flexibly applying techniques as needed to capture and communicate requirements
  • Demonstrate critical understanding of our technical environment to ensure that our requirements planning is aligned with technical direction
  • Demonstrates strong technical, business, and interpersonal communications skills in order to influence decision making and coach staff to accomplish goals.
