The Nurse Practitioner (NP) Aesthetic Injector is responsible for delivering high-quality cosmetic treatments to clients seeking to enhance their appearance. This role requires expertise in a variety of aesthetic procedures, including injectables, dermal fillers, and other non-invasive treatments. The NP will consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, develop treatment plans, and administer procedures with precision and care.

  • Performs non-invasive services and treatments including but not limited to: Injectables, Thread Lifting, Fillers, IV Cocktails, Tear Through, Nose Correction, Ultherapy Skin Lifting, and Skin Restoration.
  • Performs non-surgical aesthetic treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards.
  • Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Establish and maintain rapport with clients in order to ensure overall customer service satisfaction of clients.
  • Evaluate client's suitability for all available services/treatments and perform treatments that same day.
  • Pursue opportunities to upsell by educating clients on additional services.
  • Educate clients on all treatment processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each client.
  • Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate client treatment records/data in the client's medical chart.
  • Accurately maintain inventory.
  • Assist in confirming invoicing details in order to appropriately bill clientele.
  • Sustain proficiency through continuous education and training.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve company goals.
